Ms. Leena Singhal , Vice Principal – Junior School (Pre-Nursery to V)
Ms. Leena Singhal is an accomplished educator with over 30 years of distinguished experience in early childhood and primary education. A postgraduate in English Literature from Lucknow University, she has served with deep commitment at DPS Vasant Kunj and later at DPS Sushant Lok, where she joined in 2013 as the Pre-Primary Coordinator and went on to lead as Senior Headmistress of the Primary Wing. Rejoining DPS Sushant Lok as Vice Principal - Junior School, Ms. Singhal brings renewed affection, selfless dedication, and a strong belief in all round child development. Her educational philosophy emphasizes 21st-century competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, digital fluency, and essential life skills.
Known for her inclusive and innovative approach, she designs developmental pathways that allow children to learn at their own pace within a warm, well-structured environment. Ms. Annu Malhotra, Headmistress – Senior Wing (Grades IX - XII)
Ms. Annu Malhotra is an accomplished educator with over sixteen years of rich and diverse experience in academic leadership across CBSE, ICSE and SSC school systems. A postgraduate in English Literature, she has held several key leadership positions, including Academic Head, Vice Principal and School Head, across reputed schools in Mumbai. In these roles, she has been closely involved in curriculum planning, academic monitoring, teacher mentoring, school operations, student development and parent engagement, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the many dimensions of school leadership. With over two decades of experience in education, Ms. Mansi Babrah, Headmistress of the Middle Wing, is a dynamic academic leader committed to nurturing confident, independent and responsible young learners. Having served as Head of the Mathematics Department, Academic Coordinator, Event Coordinator and Headmistress, she brings extensive expertise in academic planning, curriculum implementation, assessment and school administration.
As a mentor and collaborative leader, she is dedicated to empowering teachers through continuous professional development and building a culture of trust, innovation and excellence. Ms. Aashima Khurana, Headmistress – Pre Primary (Early Years - Grades I)
With over 18 years of experience in Early Years and Primary Education, Ms. Aashima Khurana, Headmistress – Pre-Primary, is a passionate early childhood educator committed to nurturing children intellectually, emotionally, socially and ethically. A certified Early Childhood Educationist and CTET-qualified educator, she champions child-centred, joyful and meaningful learning.
Under her leadership, the Early Years programme at DPS Sushant Lok focuses on building curiosity, creativity, confidence, empathy, resilience and independence, laying strong foundations for lifelong learning and holistic development.
