Delhi Public School Sushant Lok–Gurugram had the privilege of hosting a soulful SPIC MACAY event on Tuesday, 5th August 2025, celebrating the rich legacy of Indian classical music. The highlight of the event was the captivating performance by renowned Hindustani classical vocalist Vidushi Kalapini Komkali, accompanied by Sh. Chetan Nigam and Sh. Shambhunath Bhattacharya. Their music transported the audience through the emotive depths of the Indian raga tradition. Present on the occasion were Principal Ms. Aparna Magee, Section Heads, teachers and groups of spirited students whose presence added warmth to the celebration.
Principal Ms. Aparna Magee expressed heartfelt gratitude to SPIC MACAY and emphasized the need for students to stay rooted in their heritage and become proud torchbearers of India’s civilizational ethos.
