Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok observed Mental Health Awareness Month with engaging activities for classes 6 to 10, led by school counsellor and psychologist Ms. Simran. Teachers also played a vital role in making these activities a success. Students participated in art therapy techniques, expressive games, poster and slogan making, and collage making focused on what makes them happy or unique. A special game hour introduced age-appropriate mental health concepts in a fun, interactive way. These activities encouraged self-expression, creativity, and emotional awareness. The month-long initiative successfully created a supportive environment, helping students understand the importance of mental well-being while promoting positivity and self-confidence.
