1. Attested copy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation.
2. Photocopy of child’s Aadhaar Card
3. Photocopy of both parents Aadhar Card.
4. Photocopy of ID proof of both the parents (Aadhar card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport).
5. Photocopy of proof of residence (ration card/ voter ID card /residence lease deed/ Aadhaar card/ any other).
6. Photocopy of the child's Immunization Card.
7. Original TC from previous school, applicable from class Prep onwards.
8. Photocopy of last two year's Report Card, applicable from Class III onwards.
