"Reach for the pen, to touch the world" - Dr. Elmer Towns

Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok celebrated World Book Day with a week-long event dedicated to fostering a literary ethos in students. Activities included DEAR time (Drop Everything and Read), book talks, story weaving, and more for classes VI to XII. Students engaged in bookmark designing, book cover designing, and reading challenges. Young authors' works were appreciated and students shared insights about their favourite books and authors. The week emphasized the importance of reading for academic and personal growth, encouraging students to continue their reading journey beyond school.
